We have acted as advisors to undisclosed sellers in relation to the sale of 11,259,147 shares of HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A. through an accelerated bookbuilding offering. Morgan Stanley Europe SE acted as Global Coordinator and EUROXX Securities SA as Lead Manager acting on behalf of the sellers.
