NPL transactions

Our NPL practice provides a wide range of services, from regulatory advice in relation to the servicers’ legal frameworks to structuring portfolio sales and negotiating bespoke servicing agreements. Our team has been involved in nearly all major NPL transactions in the Greek market, advising clients on both the sell and buy side, with notable achievements including the first HAPS securitisation in the Greek market. In addition to our involvement in the primary transactions, we have a strong presence in the secondary NPL market, acting for all stakeholders.
